QC Inspector

Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting Online Inspections and Tests
    • Inspect product quality and specifications for all machines (OD, angle, thickness, radius, and weld quality).
    • Conduct product tests such as flaring, flattening, threading, and expansion.
    • Report any product defects to the Head of Department (HOD).
    • Complete quality inspection records.
  2. Verifying and Setting Product Specifications After Roll Change
    • Check product specifications (OD, angle, thickness, radius, and weld quality) after a roll change.
    • Conduct tests (flaring, flattening, threading, and expansion) prior to mass production.
    • Complete quality inspection records.
  3. Scanning and Verifying Products Before Shipment
    • Verify product quantity and size against the Delivery Order (DO) or Delivery Advice (DA).

    • Scan product barcodes after bundle loading onto the truck is complete.
    • Ensure all loaded bundles have been scanned correctly and match the DO/DA.
    • Take and share photos of the loaded bundles in the designated WhatsApp group after the loading process is complete.
    • Immediately notify the Store Department or relevant department of any non-conformity or product defects discovered during the verification or loading process
  4. Ensuring Compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
    • Ensure SOPs are adhered to and implemented within the factory area.
    • Report any SOP violations to the Head of Department (HOD).
  5. Maintaining Cleanliness and Orderliness of the Work Area
    • Clean and organize the work area.
    • Arrange and store all spare parts or components neatly and systematically in designated storage areas.

Job Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / SKM Certificate or equivalent.
  • Possess basic knowledge of QC (Quality Control), production inspection, and documentation.
  • Proficient in using measuring tools (Vernier caliper, micrometer, measuring tape).
  • 1–2 years of experience in QC is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform Finished Product (Outgoing) and In-Process Inspections

Production Machinist

Responsibilities:

  1. Apply 5S when running the production
    • Make sure working environment is neat.
    • Checking the mould and machine condition.
  2. Documentation preparation
    • Able to provide flow card, wip tag and product weight sticker when finishing production.
    • Able to prepare the DPR without any errors.
  3. Production preparation
    • Understand the daily production schedule before starting the production.
    • Equip the correct safety equipment when running production.
  4. Quality control
    • Complete the quality check sheet.
  5. Stock take
    • Complete stock take cycle for weekly, monthly, yearly (if any)
    • conformances identified during internal processes.

Production General Worker

Responsibilities:

  1. Report to the immediate supervisor before starting work, before leaving the workplace at any time during working hours, or before the end of the shift.
  2. Clean machines, equipment, and moulds daily before starting work and ensure these items are kept clean at all times.
  3. Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the production floor (shop floor) area.
  4. Use all personal protective equipment (PPE) provided or required while performing duties.
  5. Ensure the accuracy of production quantities and report them to the supervisor.
  6. Perform any product quality inspections as directed from time to time.
